Starting Strength Workout 1
Back to it after what feels like an eternity. Carried on adding weight til i felt like the next increase would compromise form then did my working sets.
Each subsequent workout i'm planning on 11lb increases for squats
10lb for bench (down to 5lb after 2 weeks)
15lb for deadlifts.
Do or do not, there is no try.
