Well I didn't make it to the gym on my second day Ended up going to bed early and sleeping for 13 hours.

My diet looked like

10am: Packet of Oatmeal
1pm: Protein Shake
3pm: Packet of Oatmeal
7pm: Chicken Breast, 3 scrambled eggs, small serving of pasta
9pm: Bed
