* I am pleased. 320x6 was solid. PR is 9, but I know the last couple were grinders on the 9 rep set.
* Also, hit both goals today of:
1) Increasing hamstring work (5 sets as compared to 3 last time I did this workout)
2) Increasing leg leanness work - the occluded leg extensions
