*It was a hot one today. The goal was don't die and get quality work in. I finally slept a decent amount last night (7 hours). The previous night I woke up at 3am and could not go back to sleep.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
