Barbell Squats, 45X10, 65X10, 85X10, 105X10, 85X10, 65X10, 45X10
Barbell Calf Raises, 4X135X15

I haven't did legs in a while. I wanted to start back slowly. I had a short workout because I had to go to a meeting.
