Nothing special, felt weak...wait, not just a feeling, I was weak.
* Learning a lesson; vacation + mini-cut = lowered strength
Obviously time off impacts strength, and lowering carbs/calories can impact strength as well. Well, combining the two isn't smart, lol.
I started a mini-cut 1 week before vacation and then continued it 2 more weeks after vacation. So after 9 days of inactivity for some muscles, I made it that much harder to get back to normal by limiting their carbs/fuel.
In the future, I would time my mini-cut to by OVER by the start of vacation, and then immediately go back to a normal diet after vacation to allow my body to recover/normalize as quickly as possible.
