190 x 4, 4, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1 (10 rest between mini sets) - 2 rounds with 190 (second round stopped after 2nd 3 rep set, I was done, lol)

Bench Chains (all reps paused)
145 (+50) x 6, 3 sets

ss w/

DB Curl
24x10, 10, 7

Pushups
BWx15 rep w/ periodic pauses/isometric holds, 3 sets

Friday - A mix of stuff

Squat
320x5
280x5, 3 sets

Deadlift
361x5, 5 sets

OH Press
120x5, 6, 7, 8, 5, 6
