I have been down and out since the 15th, but yesterday I had a another great workout.
Walk: 3 laps
My Stationary Bike for 8 minutes. Medium stress and it hit hard.
Bicep curls: 3 x 15,12,12
Hammer Curls: 2 x 12, 12
Triceps Extension: 3 x 15, 15, 12
Stretched for 5 -6 minutes.
