I eat a lot of beans and veggies such as: Tomatoes, Greens, and Peppers. Sometimes on a splurge day I take in some squash, and okra. My wife is a great cook so she uses mostly Canola Oil or Peanut Oil. You guys are very up lifting in the nutrition area. Keep it up.
