Thanks for the warm welcome!! Day 2 of the return to the gym! My advice to anyone who is currently working out and considering an extended break.... DON'T! It's much easier to stay in the routine and maybe just ease back on the lifting/cardio for a break than it is to stop altogether for several years and then try to get back in to it. I had forgotten how hard it is to get in the groove, but likewise, I had forgotten how much I enjoyed it!
