Plate shrugs-(3 sec hold at top)
*Pretty good today. One rep off my best at 285lbs. Db rows went well. I used straps on the 110 set because I realized I need to train my back and not my grip.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
