Having an ab Vacuum is my dream. Don't know how long will it take to achieve. Right now i am not even 1% closer to it. A Perfect workout for getting an ab vacuum would be:
To perform the stomach vacuum, stand straight, put your hands on your hips, and exhale all the air out of your lungs. Expand your chest, suck your stomach in as much as possible--imagine a vacuum cleaner---and hold. Visualize trying to touch your navel to your backbone. Hold for about ten seconds.
Once mastered, the stomach vacuum can be performed in any position: standing, kneeling, seated, lying, etc. This is a great exercise for those who are desk-bound and want to avoid flabby stomach muscles.
