7/22/13 Squat 420tm
400x3 (belt only pr)
*Day 3 of feeling sick. However, the beast was unleashed and I smashed 3 squat PRs. I have a uniquie ability to suck real bad one day like yesterday then come back the next day and be awesome. All the mobility work is paying off big time and my hips are feeling pretty good and my squats are looking and feeling better. Dropping the knee wraps and belt on most sets has paid off well as my leg and core strength is showing.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
