The band face pull/external rotations gave me a good pump in the traps which made the OH Press/Barbell Row superset wicked. My traps were really on fire, it was a good feeling.

Thursday - Incline Bench

* Band Face Pull/External Rotation between sets of bench

230x1
207.5x8, 7, 6, 5 - Volume and Rep PR
187.5x5, 4, 3 - 30 seconds rest
167.5x7, 5, 4 - 30 seconds rest
147.5x9, 6, 4, 3 - 30 seconds rest

OH Press Strict
70x12, 3 sets

ss w/

Barbell Row - went lighter than normal since I might deadlift tomorrow
100x12, 3 sets

Pushups
BWx15 rep w/ periodic pauses/isometric holds, 3 sets

Ab Bench Arm Work (Conc. Curls)
