Default Old Member / Back After Long Time

Hello,

I was a member of this forum over five years ago. Working out hard before work, eating right and always drinking my post workout shake helped me to gain 45lbs of muscle in less than a year. Then one night I was on patrol and I was shot and I was retired as a Law Enforcement Officer. I'm finally getting back into working out, somewhat limited on certain areas however. Trying to find the recipe for the post workout shake again since I cannot find my note book that I kept. I have the whey, creatine, dextrose and maltodextrin. This is the beginning of my second week and I can already see the difference from muscle memory. I'm using the P90X Program because I no longer have any of my extensive weight set. So glad to be back and a little help on finding the post workout shake recipe would be much appreciated
