*Things felt great today. I did an extended warmup with more mobility drills than ever and my groin and hips felt fantastic. Squats felt pretty easy and deadlift flew off the floor. First set of squats at 360x5 belt was too tight and felt like it was digging into me. Second set was looser but felt too loose. Deficit DL were very close stance which felt good.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
