Calories calories calories
I am just starting out (about 3 months in) and I keep getting conflicting information on how many calories I should be consuming.
Here's my stats:
5' 0 tall
41 yrs old
Currently taking in 1500-1600cal/day
I am carrying a bit more bodyfat that I'd like in the mid section so trying to get rid of that, however I am also trying to make lean muscle gains...Is it possible to do both at the same time?? When I say I want to lose bodyfat...boom! Down goes the calorie intake...when I say I want to make lean muscle gains...Boom! Up goes the calories!
