Goal was to put a hurtin' on my upper back, we will see tomorrow if I did my job.

Deadlifts felt great considering I squatted two days ago and worked a midnight shift in between (so recovery was compromised).

All time deadlift PR is 406x8 fresh, so 401x5 in a fatigued state (power cleans, rows and 4 sets of deadlift) is very pleasing.

Wednesday - Back/Deadlift

* Band Pullaparts in between every set

Power Clean
160, 170x3
180x3, 3 sets

Barbell Row (parallel to the ground, pulling to chest, feet on blocks to allow for a full stretch)
140, 150x6
160x6, 3 sets

Deadlift
361, 371, 381, 391, 401x5
411x3
321x12

Rope Pulldown
90x10, 3 sets
