*Did a bunch of deadlifts and box squats and realized I sucked today so I decided to move oh day to Friday when I have the least energy considering it is the lightest workout of the week.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
