*Squats went ok today. Met goals but I am doing this dumb looking down thing on some squat reps when approaching the hole. I need to fix it. Back arch needs to improve too. Assistance work was fun and challenging considering the light weight but short rest periods.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
