Default New split

Here's what I'm starting with. Obviously changes will happen as time goes on.

Mondays - Chest, Biceps, Abs/Obliques
Dumbbell Bench Press
Dumbbell Flies
Standing Cable Flies
Barbell Curls
Preacher Curls
Hammer Curls
Weighted Crunches
Cable Side Bends
Cardio

Wednesdays - Shoulders, Legs
Military Press
Barbell Lateral Raises
Dumbbell Flies
Dumbbell Shrugs
Leg Extensions
Leg Press
Standing Weighted Calf Raises
Dumbbell Squats
Cardio

Thursdays - Back, Triceps
Barbell Bent Over Rows
Bench Dumbbell Flies
Machine Lat Pull Downs
Skull Crushers (started with dumbbell yesterday, switching to barbell next week)
Rope Triceps Pull Downs
Back Extensions
Cardio

My intention is to lose fat and gain lean muscle mass. I would consider myself on a bulk right now, but I do expect to lose fat simply due to the fact that I'm getting off my a** and working out again, in addition to the cardio.

What are your thoughts?
