Hello to Everyone
Hi ,my name is Jim and I am really excited to join this great site for knowledge
of the science of strength building and nutrition for diet and most of all for the
great motivation that I get just reading.I have to increase my upper body
strength to push my chair faster and up hill,[have been in wheelchair for
a few years now].My initial focus anyway will be tricep and bicep and shoulder
muscles w free weights ,smith m/c and bowflex,i will work hard to be more
mobile to travel and be free.
