I wrap my wrist on the OH Press on my heavy sets. Years back I messed up my wrist doing BB curls of all things. So on all my heavy work on bench, dl, squat and oh press I wrap them for support.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
