5/6/13 Squat 460tm/ DL 525tm
Squat (olympic shoe)-
415x4 (belt/wraps) (pr in o-shoes)
Front squat hold/Db Lunges-
*Decided to put Squats and DL on the same day and I think it is a good idea. 415x4 is a PR for olympic shoes. O-shoes are a catch-22 for me. I find it easier to open my hips with them but harder to sit back and it makes for a longer ROM. I need to give the shoes a try to see if they pay off. Front squat holds seem like a good idea for core strength. I think if I get to 200x5 on the suitcase DL my squat and dl will take off.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
