Have not forgotten to update the log, been in my exercise class. definately learning a lot. muscle phys, kinesiology, nutrition..everything. best part is, it is tought by experts in their field, most of the instructors have been or are collegiate/pro strenght coaches. this is just what the doctor ordered. after class i have been sticking around to pick their brains and having them coach me on the various lifts to nail my form. Its great.
I have been hitting the gym each saturday, nothing worth logging. usually a 5x3 squat session with a few extras. maintaining right now. after class is over, end of next week, I think I am going to run 5/3/1 for a bit, since my power lifting energy has been renewed by these strenght coaches!!!
