*Felt beat up today and squats were not doing well because my right groin has been bothersome for a few weeks now. So I did some DL practice and a bunch of bs. DL were very fast and easy. I have been watching DL videos of people much stronger than me and I have found some ideas on how to pull better. I will be moving my DL day back to Friday and Squats back to Monday because things always go better that way.
