Metabolism is racing since restarting bulking. Weight can't seem to climb past 182-183 in the mornings. My muscles look full, my appetite is good. I love it.

* I did the bent rows with a cambered bar for extra ROM, also pulled to lower abs for more lats but it still hits the upperback pretty effectively as well
