*Been going beltless more and more and did not resort to the belt at all today. DL felt light but I need to get a better arch in my back and chest up. I also need to stop dancing around and wasting energy. I need to get down and get tight and pull. Ab circuit has been fun and challenging and gives on heck of an ab pump.
