*Warmup sets flew off my chest today. When I got to my two sets of 317 the weight did not feel too heavy but my shoulder bothered me a little so I did not go all out on them. Did some reverse band bench to get more confident with heavier weights.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
