barbells and lifting
Since I'm new to lifting, I want to know is it normal to have that pain at the top of your spine/back? When I do squats with the barbell, it doesn't sit on my neck, more like it sits on the top of my back. Am I placing it wrong? or is it something one gets use to (kind of like the pain from plucking your eye brows- you get used to it, and feel no pain later on down the road).
