Yesterday I did pullups instead of my levers. The change of stimulous really created some intense soreness today. I am enjoying it.
Thursday - Bench
* Strained my neck during dips and couldn't do the facebull and upperback band work I usually do. I was just glad I could continue to rest of the workout relatively pain free.
