*Bodyweight was 208 today lower carbs are having a bit of an effect on energy. It was a snowy/ice mess outside so farmers walks was not happening. DL was pretty fast as I am working on committing weight murder on them as Paul Carter would say.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
