*Stuck to the minimum on the bench today my shoulder was not feeling great. I need to work that setup better and get more pressure on my upperback. Anyone who says they can't lose or gain weight lacks discipline. I was down to 209 yesterday evening after walking around at 215 for a few months. All it took was cutting some carbs at dinner and a little bit and I mean little cardio. I will be down to 200 in a few weeks.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
