1/23/13 Bench Deload suckness
Bench- (bpa x 11 between sets)
BB chest supp row-
Db hammer curls (100rep)-
*it was 18 degrees outside today and the shed wasn't much colder. I could never get warm enough no matter what I did. I did jumping jacks and run in place between sets to try and get warm didn't matter. I was due for a deload anyway.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
