*Very effective day today. All goals were met and I felt strong. Operation Cyborg is back in full effect and I will be using plyometrics, powerlifting, strongman, olympic lifting, max effort, dynamic effort, bodybuilding work, body weight training and grip training to make a better me.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
