Got a basic idea and rough idea on my meals what do you guys think?
Meal 1: 4 Scrambled Eggs and Dried Fruits
Meal 2: Chicken or Tuna with Rice
Meal 3: Protein Shake
Meal 4: Chicken or Salmon with Oven Baked Veg or Rice
Meal 5: PWO Shake
Meal 6: Chicken, Tuna, Beef with Grilled veg or pasta and sweetcorn
Any Input would be brilliant people, ps would i be better adding this into a journal?
