My main thought on fruits and veggies is to stick to ones with very low calorie
densities, that way you get the vitamin benefits from fruits and veggies such as anti-oxidants and fiber, without the excess fructose. So for instance, most kinds of fruits, as well as celery are fantastic for this purpose. Actually all the ones you named are strong in control.
