A few things I have tried is a food made with whole feed breads and natural peanut butter or almond butter or what ever. Add in a dairy item such as dairy or natural yogurt for extra proteins. To improve or reduce calorie consumption
as necessary, propagate the butter slimmer or wider, and/or make the dairy item frequent or low-no fat.
