The best work out for optimum is status lose weight. Your hand is insulated throughout the whole rep and it performs best for working on the optimum of your bicep. Preacher waves are excellent but they have a identical impact on your bis as opposite hold, they are actually excellent for thickening. I gives weights waves a try for a couple of several weeks and see how it performs.
