Deadlifts 225x5, 1 set
Bent over rows 120x8, 3 sets
Pullups BWx9,8,8
Rack chins BWx9, 3 sets
Seated cable rows 120x8, 2 sets
Barbell curls 60x8, 3 sets
Incline DB curls 20x8, 3 sets

Making a 6 hour drive tomorrow so I decided to limit deadlifts to one set to preserve my back. I made the mistake of doing several sets of heavy deadlifts (for me at least) the day before a long drive once and learned to NEVER do that again.
