*After a bunch of stupidity I got it together and decided to do BBB challenge with some mods of the 2nd exercise. This way I can force myself to stick to something for 3 months and make progress. I also want to add a forearm/grip exercise at the end of all workouts to build some popeye pipes.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
