*Lifting went pretty well except messing up my forearm on the last rep of cleans at 215. I think I strained my right forearm pretty bad and it is worse now (the following day).
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
