*Pretty good considering I felt fat and bloated from eating too much. I am trying out high rep sets. I did my assitance work for 100 rep sets with as little as possible rest between sets 30 secs max. One helluva pump.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
