Day three of my P90X, Shoulders and Arms, and I brought it!
Figured out the myfitnesspal.com to count calories today, so I am super stoked for that. I calculated at a 1900 cal fat shred diet that I am going to have to eat choke loads of protein, 230 something grams to be exact. Also my carbs at 150g, fats at 40g; fiber at 25g, and sugar at 35g.
So far I feel amazing, and thanks to the myfitnesspal.com calorie counter I think my journey is going to be much easier.
