Wednesday - Chest
Did some decline benching, it felt OK, but the next day shoulder was still an issue. It really sucks
Thursday - Deadlift
Arrrghh, wanted to squat, but knee wasn't having it, I am sick of these nagging pains.
Since I couldn't squat, I tried to make the workout more quad focused by doing deficits and some snatch grip.
