*Pretty happy with today's performance. I have never maxed on the ssq before and it is tough. The bar basically tries to crush you into an accordian and you have to fight hard to avoid that. Atleast that is the way I see it.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
