*Turned a bad workout into a good one. I was suprised I squatted so good only 3 days after my last squat workout. I decided to go back to squats on Mondays because it works better for me.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
