Glute Ham Curl
BWx10, 3 sets

Occluded Goblet Squat
72x10, 4 sets then unwrap

Squat w/ bicep pump work
170x5, 6 sets
170x4, 4, 3, 3, 2, 2 - 10 second rest between micro sets

Occluded Goblet Squat
72x5, 4 sets then unwrap

306x5, 3 sets
