Low Carb Protein Pancakes (34g of fibre!!)
Recipe:
3 eggs
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
3 tbsp psyllium husks
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
approx. 2-3 tbsp water
Add in all ingredients except the water, mix together until smooth, add in water to desired thickness of batter. Melt a little butter on a frying pan, over a medium heat. Spoon in some batter, flip after 1-2 minutes, cook another 1-2 minutes. I was spooning in two spoonfuls and easily made 6 pancakes.
