Your a little advanced for it? Why not something like Smolov or one of Dave Tates programs for one of the big 3?

I did try it out for a little bit but then traing ADD set in again. It was not fun enough for me so I dropped it.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
